COVID-19 | CLEANLINESS | CANCELLATION

The health and safety of our employees, guests and our community are our top priorities and we have made some adjustments to our current guidelines. Specifically: 

Cleaning: THE GROUNDS. 

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning in high traffic areas. We use products specifically formulated to counter COVID-19. 

• Social distancing: Please respect others around you and maintain 6ft from anyone not in your immediate group. Hotel staff will social distance as well. 

• Barriers: temporary physical barriers in lobbies  

• While we will continue to recycle key cards, each key card is disinfected before recirculation.

Cleaning: YOUR ROOM. 

• All staff will wear gloves and masks when working in every guest room 

• In room disposable items will be removed whether used or not

• TV Remotes are covered with a protective barrier

• No stay-over cleaning in your room. Once your room has been cleaned and sanitized, our staff will not enter the room for the remainder of the stay unless it is for a maintenance issue or an emergency. Your room is 100% yours until you checkout.

• As always we will continue to use EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectants.
